For any promotional sales items, it will not be eligible for exchange after the order has been confirmed.

Your order is sent once it gets placed as we want to ensure that your items are delivered to you, which means we are unable to make any changes to your order. This includes changing the delivery, product or payment details. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

  • Returns  are normally processed within 1-3 working days of us receiving your return request.
  • Grand Sport Singapore does not offer cash  back for refunds
  • Products sold are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • We will only  refund/exchange a defective product,(manufacturing defect)
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service.
  • Please note we do not accept returns of merchandises that have been printed(Customized)  cannot be exchanged or Returned.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • If returned an item from outside Singapore, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges.
  • We are NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
  • Please remember to keep your proof of postage of your package until you receive confirmation from us.
  • Returned items will either be exchanged for different size/product.
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and\ packaging if applicable.
Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. We regret that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

My Account

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to my account and click “Forgotten Password”.
You are allowed to change your details in My Account whenever you want to. You will need to log in using your User ID and Password before you can amend your details.—BEFORE PLACING ORDERS, once order placed we will not entertain a change.
If you wish to remove yourself from our mailing list, simply log into your account and unsubscribe from our mailing list. Do note that our mailing list can only be joined voluntarily and we will not add anybody to our email list if the customer has not shown that they are keen.
You will be able to shop on our site if you do not have an account. However, by creating an account with us, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
If you have an account with us, we do keep some records in the My Account page. You will be able to see and update your personal particulars. Furthermore, you will also be able to see all of your orders and track the progress of your delivery as well.
